William Haygood III
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
A sales and management innovator and lifelong entrepreneur, Haygood brings over 20 years of sales experience to Boundary Street Advisors. He founded and led Global Networkers, a technology consulting firm that thrived for 15 years, catering to Fortune 100 companies and federal clients, before successfully selling the business.
Haygood, now a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and Georgia, provides commercial real estate brokerage services, development, and management solutions for national companies, private equity firms, and regional investment groups. He worked for two other Charlotte-based real estate firms before co-founding Boundary Street Advisors.
He has been recognized a Power Broker by CoStar for his award-winning real estate transactions. He has been recognized as a Deal Maker Award Winner by the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), where he now serves on the Board of Directors. Haygood has brokered deals and manages assets throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. Haygood specializes in sales, leasing, management, and investment sales strategy.
Haygood has an affinity for entrepreneurship and workforce development, evidenced by his commitment and involvement on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Works and the local entrepreneurial non-profit NXT CLT.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.
