Shane's expertise includes in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, residential and commercial construction, safety procedures, and developing training materials.

Shane's education includes training in Oil Burner, Forced Air, and Hydronics from various trade schools, a degree in Biblical Studies from the Northeast Baptist School of Technology, and studied in Sales at Harford Community College. He also holds certifications in Facility Management from the International Facility Management Association and has his EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Universal.
