Rodney Faulkner, co-founder and Broker-In-Charge of Boundary Street Advisors is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has brokered over $500+ million in commercial real estate. Before Boundary Street, he served as a Managing Equity Partner at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC.
A Charlotte native, Faulkner is passionate about his community. He is currently on the Advisory Board for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, and from 2021-2023, he served on the Truliant Bank Advisory Board and Beyond Open Charlotte Grant Advisory Board.
With more than 19 years of licensed brokerage experience, Faulkner specializes in areas five miles within the Charlotte City Center, as well as commercial transactions around central business districts in the Southeast. Faulkner has been instrumental in revitalizing Charlotte’s Historic West End, one of the city's Corridors of Opportunity, through his diligent efforts, facilitating over 50 transactions since 2008.
Faulkner is known for his passion for the community, deal-making ability, and relationship-building, which allows him to connect investors and new concepts to forward-thinking opportunities.
