Nick Forest serves as the Director of Construction Management at Boundary Street Advisors, where he brings a sharp eye for design and a strategic approach to development. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Nick relocated to Charlotte in the spring of 2023 and has quickly made his mark in the region’s evolving built environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Science from Prairie View A&M University, and a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. With a strong foundation in both architecture and construction, Nick offers a well-rounded perspective that bridges vision and execution.

Nick's expertise includes architecture and design, construction and project management, and community development—making him an essential asset in guiding projects from concept through completion.
