Known for her problem-solving abilities and expertise in managing complex deals, Marleenee joined Boundary Street Advisors in 2023. She brings to the team not only her experience as a long-time residential and commercial investor but also her skill set from a 24-year career in financial services and technology as an operations executive leader and process design expert.
Licensed in both NC and SC, Marleenee, has garnered extensive experience across industrial, land, office, and retail sectors. Her commitment to creating value for her clients shines through her expert CRE investment advice, tenant and buyer representation, landlord representation, and by providing high-quality commercial upfits.
She is currently participating in the prestigious Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) 2024 Leadership Program, an exclusive initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the commercial real estate industry. Through this program, she is gaining advanced skills in leadership, networking with top professionals, and deepening her understanding of the commercial real estate market. Her involvement in this program underscores her commitment to professional growth and her dedication to contributing to the future of the industry.
A graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
