Kim's career began with a focus on dental assisting, earning her certification from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). This early experience instilled in her a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality service.

Following her time as a dental assistant, Kim spent 11 years in retail store management. This experience honed her abilities in team leadership, operations management, and problem-solving. Her background in retail taught her the importance of creating a positive environment for both employees and customers, a principle she continues to apply in managing properties and facilities at Boundary Street Advisors.

She later transitioned into the mortgage industry, where she spent 13 years as a DE mortgage underwriter and loan processor. In this capacity, Kim developed a strong understanding of financial processes, risk assessment, and customer service, skills that have proven invaluable in her current role.
