With over 17 years of office management experience, Karen brings a wealth of expertise to the Boundary Street team. A natural leader, she excels at motivating employees to perform at their best.
Karen wears many hats, with her expertise extending to Operations, Property Management and Brokerage. She plays a key role in long-term planning and analyzing departmental budgets, preparing management reports, human resources and coordinating daily operations. She also assists with lease transactions, property budgets and financial reporting.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and is a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina.
